Position Information and Requirements:
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: Maximum of 40 office hours per week, including 20 teaching hours (rising to 26 hours per week during intensive Summer and Winter periods)
Class Size: 8-14 students (Ages: 3 through 18, primarily 3 through 10)
Curriculum: Pre-made training curriculum provided
Work Hours: Irregular schedule
Support: Work alongside a Chinese teaching assistant
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
TEFL or TESOL certificate
A passion for teaching and working with children
Two or more years of teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Salary & Benefits Package:
Base Salary: RMB14,000 (entry-level) - RMB16,000 (experienced) after-tax
Teaching Hours: Up to 18 hours per week included in base salary
Quarterly Bonus: Up to 30% of monthly salary

Airfare: RMB9,000 annually (RMB4,500 every six months)
Paid Leave: 10 paid annual leave days (weekdays) plus 12 Chinese national holidays
Visa Support: Paid Z-visa, residence permit, and sponsored foreign expert teaching license
