We are looking for a passionate and experienced Librarian to join our secondary school in Beijing, starting August 2025. This role offers an exciting opportunity to foster a love of reading, support academic research, and manage a dynamic learning environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the school library, ensuring a welcoming and organized space.
Curate and maintain a diverse collection of books, digital resources, and research materials.
Support students and staff in locating and utilizing library resources effectively.
Promote literacy and reading through library programs, events, and displays.
Collaborate with teachers to support curriculum delivery and information literacy skills.
Maintain accurate cataloging, circulation, and inventory systems.
Uphold library policies and supervise student use of the facility.
Participate in school meetings, events, and collaborative planning sessions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Education or a related field.
Recognized librarian or teaching qualification is preferred.
Over 3 years of relevant experience in a school library or educational setting.
Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.
Proficient in English.
Must meet visa application requirements.

Salary:
Competitive monthly salary of ¥30,000–¥35,000.
