We are looking for a passionate and creative Dance & English teacher to join our primary school team in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, starting August/September 2024. This unique role offers an exciting opportunity to combine performing arts and foundational English instruction in a vibrant, bilingual learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach dance and English classes to primary students (Grades 1–6), integrating creativity, movement, and language acquisition.

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with an integrated curriculum tailored to student needs and abilities.

• Use diverse instructional tools, including visual and audio media, to support both language and artistic development.

• Guide students in achieving academic and artistic goals, with clear objectives and effective communication.

• Encourage participation in performances, showcases, and school events to celebrate student progress.

• Regularly assess student development and provide feedback through progress reports.

• Maintain accurate records and participate in parent meetings and school activities.

• Utilize educational technology to enhance classroom engagement.

• Attend meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions.

• Fulfill other duties as assigned by the school leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Dance, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field.

• Recognized teaching qualification (TEFL or equivalent acceptable for English instruction).

• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, preferably with young learners.

• Experience in integrating dance and language learning is a plus.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable personality.

• Proficient in English.

• Must meet visa application requirements.

Salary:
Competitive monthly salary of ¥23,000–¥26,000 before tax.
