We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Middle School Homeroom Teacher to join our team. If you are a qualified English speaker with preferably a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, along with a teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent), we invite you to apply. With a minimum of 3 years' full-time teaching experience, you should possess excellent classroom and behavior management skills. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating a stimulating learning environment and fostering strong partnerships with parents, colleagues, and the community.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinating homeroom teachers for class rules, classroom decoration, etc.
• Organizing extracurricular activities, events, IPC fair, etc.
• Communicating with parents regarding upcoming events or changes in schedule.
• Coordinating students’ assessments.
• Collecting teaching materials and teaching plans.
• Supporting the school’s marketing department.

Requirements:

1. Native English speaker.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education preferred.
3. Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
4. Minimum 3 years' full-time teaching experience.
5. Excellent classroom management and behavior management skills.
6. Ability to work as part of a team in planning and implementing the school’s curriculum, strategic plans, and policies.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: 29,000¥ to 35,000¥ per month.
• Housing Allowance: 8,000¥ per month.
