Our esteemed kindergarten in Beijing is looking for a passionate and caring Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher to join our vibrant team, starting immediately. This role is crucial in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners to begin their educational journey. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children and a creative approach to early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a warm, inviting, and structured classroom environment for young children.
  • Develop and implement educational activities and lessons that cater to the needs of young learners and stimulate their physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth.
  • Regularly communicate with parents about their children's progress, behavior, and development.
  • Manage classroom materials and resources effectively and ensure a safe and tidy environment at all times.
  • Monitor the health and well-being of children, promptly addressing any issues.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to plan and coordinate school events and activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, or BA/BSc + TEFL/TESOL or CELTA
  • Proven experience as a kindergarten or early childhood educator.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early years learning frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with young children and their parents.
  • Patience, creativity, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations and diverse learning needs.
